About Me

 

I’m proof that you can struggle with anxiety, depression, and ADHD, and bounce back from burnout to achieve your goals and live a fulfilling life.

 

My name is Dr. Christabelle Dragoo and I live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. As a working mother of two who struggles with mental health, I get you! No seriously, I honestly feel that if I can learn how to effectively manage my mental health under high-stress working conditions and help others learn how to, I can help you too!

 

I have dedicated over a decade to studying and helping people cope with anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. I aim to synthesize this knowledge and experience into actionable solutions to improve your productivity and well-being.

 

And even before the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been an increasing need to reduce the suffering and loss from anxiety and depression amongst friends, family, and within our community, which has led me to focus on education and coaching to help a greater number of people achieve better mental health and overall well-being.

Before becoming a prevention scientist, I trained to be a psychologist and focused my graduate studies on understanding and supporting parents with anxiety and depression.

 

I earned a PhD in Prevention Science from the University of Oregon. I also have a Master of Science in Special Education and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with Honors. During my time in college I spent over ten years researching, designing, planning, conducting behavioral and educational interventions, project management and supervision.  

 

I've also had the opportunity to work on various projects, from coordinating a longitudinal study on the effectiveness of online training for teachers and students to managing research-practice-partnership for the development of media and an online community of practice for the suicide prevention coordinators and stakeholders.

 

I'm thrilled to be your guide towards better mental health and overall well-being. I'm passionate and committed to helping you achieve your goals.
